Started working with Jason and immediately felt like we were in good hands. Jason has helped us purchase our first home within the space of a month, and provided great guidance and communication on all the steps that were going to occur. Jason helped us purchase our home this last December by being both our RE agent and our mortgage broker and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother buying process! He really knows his stuff, I actually found him through Quora, and I contacted him because I had been following his posts for a while and really liked his insights into the bay area housing market. Originally we were only interested in getting a loan through Jason, but after showing him the property we were interested in buying, we really liked his proposed strategy for how to build our offer and just felt really confident that he would be able to get us the house for best price. His ability to read the current market conditions was spot on and we were able to get the house for 10% under asking! On top of that, he pushed the closing through super fast, which I think had a lot to do with the fact that he was handling both the RE and mortgage side; it eliminated a lot of back and forth. We got into contract a few days after Thanksgiving and were able to move in a week before Christmas! As current renters, Jason knew how bad we wanted to spend Christmas in our new house and he worked really hard to make that happen. Our family had the best, most memorable Christmas this year and we can’t thank Jason enough for making our dream a reality! Jason really cares about his clients and it was not only a pleasure doing business with him, but also getting to know him as a friend! If you need a real estate agent, mortgage broker (or both!) – Jason is your man!!!

Jason is very professional and knowledgeable in his field (real estate/ mortgage). When he gives advice and recommendations, they are based on rationals and I trust his opinions and advices. He's not pushy, very responsive, and deliver in a timely manner. I never feel like he tried to sell me anything. Instead, he will give me several options with pros and cons and let me decide. I enjoy working with Jason and highly recommend him.
